- You shall not engage in any activities that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with eChamber's functionality or the experiences of other users.
- All content on eChamber, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and logos, is the property of eChamber and owned and operated by Beveland Technologies, Inc., a Federal corporation with number 14061730. It may also contain ownership rights of partners from Chambers of Commerce and Trade Councils, and these rights belong to them.
- Chmabers of commerce, Boards of trade and Users retain ownership of their content but grant eChamber a license to use, display, and distribute the content on eChamber App.
Your use of eChamber is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found https://echamber.app/privacy-policy
eChamber reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to eChamber App at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.
eChamber App is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. eChamber owned and operated by Beveland Technologies, Inc., a Federal corporation with number 14061730, disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
eChamber and Beveland Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of eChamber App.
eChamber reserves the right to modify or revise these terms at any time. Continued use of eChamber App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario in Canada.
